Report of the Trial of Jason Fairbanks, on an Indictment for the Murder of Elizabeth Fales, some light browning and staining, the odd tear, bookplate of Mr. George A. Guild on front pastedown, pencil owner inscription on endpapers, ink ownership inscription to title of John Doggett, Boston and Sophia D. ?Cobb, Dedham Mass., blind-stamp of Dedham Historical Society to title and preface, nineteenth-century morocco, gilt, with "Trial of Jason Fairbanks. John Doggett, Dedham", joints rubbed, 8vo, Boston, Russell and Cutler, 1801.

⁂ A nineteenth-century American trial, with a good local association, John Doggett was an important cabinet maker in the region.
