Description

London.- De Laune (Thomas) The Present State of London: or, Memorials comprehending A Full and Succinct Account Of the Ancient and Modern State thereof, first edition, 10 engraved plates only (of 13; those lacking supplied in facsimile including frontispiece), woodcut illustrations, title with contemporary ink ownership inscriptions and laid down to sheet, one plate with corner portion torn-away, I9 closed tear, Y12 defective at foot (some text loss), some toning, modern calf, [Wing D894], 12mo, by George Larkin for Enoch Prosser and John How, 1681.

⁂ ESTC calls for 17 plates but this would appear to be erroneous as all auction records state frontispiece and 12 plates.
