Kelmscott Press.- Sire Degrevaunt, edited by F.S. Ellis, one of 350 copies on Flower paper, printed in red and black in Chaucer type, wood-engraved frontispiece designed by Edward Burne-Jones and borders and initials by William Morris, frontispiece with tissue-guard spotted and working loose, very light spotting to fore-edge, original holland-backed boards, upper cover titled in black, uncut, spine browned with ends little bumped, some very light or faint spotting to spine and upper cover, few faint marks, corners lightly rubbed, [Peterson A47], 8vo, Kelmscott Press, 1896 [issued 1897].

⁂ A popular story with Morris; Burne-Jones had painted a mural of The Wedding Procession of Sire Degrevaunt in Morris's drawing room at the Red House back in 1860.
